Text messaging program

LeadTimber LLC operates local home-services websites in Ohio and Northern Kentucky. Homeowners use them to request service such as radon mitigation, septic work, and insulation, and we may connect requests to licensed local contractors who perform the work. We use text messages in two narrow ways, described in full below. We do not send marketing blasts, and we never sell or rent phone numbers.

The short version

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@leadtimber.com.
  • Consent to texts is never required to use our services or to buy anything.
  • We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Our two messaging programs

1. Homeowner service requests

For homeowners who contact us about work on their home.

Messages you receive

  • A one-time confirmation that we received your request.
  • Replies to questions you ask us.
  • Messages coordinating a visit or a quote.

How you opt in

  1. You text one of our published business numbers. Your text is the opt-in, and our first reply tells you how to stop.
  2. Or you tick the optional consent box on the form below, or on the quote form of the LeadTimber-operated site you visited. The box is never pre-ticked and is never required to submit.

The consent you give

I agree to receive text messages from LeadTimber about my service request, including a confirmation that we received it and messages to coordinate scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. Contractor lead alerts

For licensed contractors who ask us to send them customer inquiries.

Messages you receive

  • An alert when a new customer inquiry matches your trade and service area.
  • Confirmation and receipt details for an inquiry you purchase.
  • A follow-up asking whether the inquiry was good.

How you opt in

  1. You tick the optional consent box on the form below and give us your mobile number.
  2. Or you ask us directly, by email or on a call, to switch text alerts on for your account. We record the request and the date.

The consent you give

I agree to receive text messages from LeadTimber alerting me to new customer inquiries in my service area and confirming leads I purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt in or contact us

Ticking the box is optional. Leave it unticked and we will reply by email or phone instead.

Leaving the box unticked is fine. We will still reply by email or phone, and you will not receive any text messages.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any text from us and we stop immediately; you will get one final message confirming it. Stopping texts does not cancel your service request or your account, and we will still reach you by email or phone. Reply START to begin again. Reply HELP for help, or email info@leadtimber.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
